SUPERLAWGH – OFFICIAL STATEMENT
TO: The General Public, Members of the Bar, and All Interested Parties

DATE: December 3, 2025
SUBJECT: Clarification and Update Regarding the Practical Litigation Bootcamp 2025
We wish to address the feedback and concerns raised by members of the legal community following the announcement of our Practical Litigation Bootcamp 2025.
First, we sincerely appreciate the engagement and passionate dialogue this initiative has sparked. It reflects the shared commitment within our profession to continuous learning and excellence in legal practice.
We wish to clarify the purpose of the previously announced registration fee and respond to questions regarding judicial participation.
On Judicial Involvement:
The two respected judges associated with this Bootcamp—Her Ladyship Justice Sedinam Awo Kwadam and Her Honour Nana Adwoa Serwaa Dua-Adonteng—have never charged any fee, requested payment, or agreed to receive any form of compensation for their participation. Their involvement has always been on a purely voluntary basis, consistent with their long-standing commitment to mentoring young lawyers and supporting legal education.
Indeed, these are judges who have previously facilitated similar educational events with us completely free of charge, driven solely by a desire to give back to the profession and bridge the gap between legal theory and courtroom practice.
Purpose of the Fee:
The proposed fee was intended solely to cover the legitimate organizational and logistical costs of hosting the Bootcamp, including the production of comprehensive, high-quality course materials meticulously prepared by our facilitators and the SuperLawGH team.
These materials were to include:
- Draft templates for motions, affidavits, and pleadings.
- Detailed guidelines for drafting Statements of Claim, Defence, and Special Originating Processes.
- Step-by-step guides for moving applications, advocacy, leading evidence-in-chief, cross-examination strategy, and raising objections.
- Checklists, worksheets, and practical assignments.
- Costs associated with printing & delivering course materials for participants requiring same.
- Multiple platform subscriptions, administrative support, and related logistics.
Notwithstanding our legitimate cost concerns, and in order to avoid any perception of impropriety or ethical compromise, SuperLawGH has decided to bear the full costs of the event. The Practical Litigation Bootcamp 2025 will now be offered entirely free of charge to all registered participants.
However, the free attendance will not include any physical course materials, previously described. SuperLawGH will absorb the cost of all materials that have already been prepared and printed.
For All Individuals Who Have Already Made Payment:
We will process full refunds immediately. Our team will contact you directly within the next 48 hours to facilitate this. We thank you for your early support and apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause.
This decision underscores our commitment to making practical legal education accessible and to upholding the highest standards of professional ethics. We remain dedicated to providing invaluable, hands-on training to newly qualified lawyers and junior practitioners, and we are grateful for the opportunity to serve the legal community.
We thank the facilitators for their unwavering dedication and the legal community for its constructive dialogue. Registration for the free bootcamp remains open via the original link. For any enquiries, please contact us at 0558789982 or visit www.superlawgh.com.
Sincerely,
