Chief Justice throws out petition for OSP’s removal

The Chief Justice, Gertrude Sackey Torkornoo has dismissed a petition seeking the removal of Kissi Agyebeng, the Special Prosecutor from office. In a letter dated April 30, 2024, Martin Amidu requested President Akufo-Addo to dismiss Agyebeng, and the petition was subsequently forwarded to Justice Torkornoo on May 6, 2024. However, the Chief Justice found the
